These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products and related services.

By accessing our website, creating an account or purchasing products from The Natural Edit, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms.

These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights granted to consumers under applicable South African legislation.

2. ABOUT THE NATURAL EDIT

The Natural Edit is a South African online retail business offering a thoughtfully curated selection of lifestyle, personal care, clothing, home and other consumer products.

Our aim is to provide customers with a convenient, transparent and reliable online shopping experience.

• Minor variations may occur between product batches.

• Product availability may change.

Any material differences affecting an order will be addressed in accordance with applicable consumer law.

We do not exclude liability for misleading descriptions, defective goods or other matters for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. PRICING AND CURRENCY

All prices displayed on The Natural Edit website are expressed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, where required, will be disclosed in accordance with South African law.

The Natural Edit may change product prices from time to time.

Price changes will not retrospectively affect orders that have already been accepted, except where permitted by applicable law.

Shipping charges are displayed separately at checkout.

6. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms that your order has been received. It does not necessarily constitute final acceptance where verification or stock confirmation remains outstanding.

We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• Product unavailability.

• Suspected fraudulent activity.

• Payment failure.

• Material pricing or listing errors, subject to consumer protection law.

• Delivery restrictions.

If payment has already been received for an order we cannot fulfil, we will arrange the appropriate refund.

7. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment must be completed using an authorised payment method made available at checkout.

Payment processing may be handled by independent payment service providers.

The Natural Edit does not require customers to provide payment card details by ordinary email or informal messaging.

Orders are generally processed for dispatch after successful payment confirmation.

Payment methods may be added, removed or changed from time to time.

Payment transactions remain subject to applicable banking, security and consumer protection requirements.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The Natural Edit currently offers delivery within South Africa.

Our standard delivery arrangements are:

• Standard nationwide delivery: R120 for orders below R1,000.

• Free standard delivery: Orders of R1,000 or more.

• Estimated transit time: 3–5 business days from dispatch.

• Regional or outlying areas: An additional 1–2 working days may be required.

Express delivery is not currently offered.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may be affected by courier schedules, weather, public holidays and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers must provide accurate delivery information.

Our Shipping & Delivery Policy provides further details and forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms restricts any statutory rights relating to delayed delivery or non-performance.

9. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our published Return & Refund Policy and applicable South African legislation.

For eligible voluntary returns of non-defective products, customers may request a return within seven calendar days of receiving their order, subject to the conditions described in that policy.

Certain products, including opened personal care products and used intimate apparel, may be excluded from voluntary returns for hygiene reasons where legally permitted.

These exclusions do not remove statutory rights relating to defective, unsafe or incorrectly supplied goods.

Consumers retain all applicable rights under the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

10. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible at hello@graceco.co.za.

Cancellation arrangements depend on whether an order has been processed or dispatched and on the applicable statutory rights.

Where a legal cooling-off right applies, we will honour that right in accordance with the relevant legislation.

Any cancellation charges will be limited to those lawfully permitted and properly disclosed.

11. PRODUCT SAFETY AND RESPONSIBLE USE

Customers should read product instructions, labels, warnings and care information before use.

Personal care and cosmetic products should be used according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Where relevant, customers should review product ingredients and warnings before use, particularly if they have known sensitivities or allergies.

Nothing in this section limits The Natural Edit's legal responsibility for defective or unsafe goods.

12. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

Where customer accounts are available, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

You should notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

We may suspend or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to protect customers, prevent fraud or comply with the law.

Product names, trademarks, images and logos belonging to third-party suppliers remain the property of their respective owners.

Any limitation of liability must be interpreted subject to the Consumer Protection Act and other applicable South African legislation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, defective goods or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We encourage customers to contact us directly if they experience a problem with an order, product or service.

Consumers retain any mandatory rights concerning jurisdiction and dispute resolution.
