At The Natural Edit, we aim to make your shopping experience simple, reliable and convenient. We offer nationwide delivery throughout South Africa.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to physical addresses within South Africa.

International shipping is not available at this stage.

2. Delivery Charges

  • Standard nationwide delivery: R120 per order for purchases below R1,000.

  • Free nationwide delivery: Available on orders of R1,000 or more.

  • Express delivery: Not currently offered.

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your order value.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Standard delivery generally takes 3–5 business days from dispatch.

Deliveries to regional or outlying areas may require an additional 1–2 working days.

Delivery estimates exclude weekends and South African public holidays.

4. Order Processing

Orders are prepared for dispatch once payment has been confirmed.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume and courier collection schedules.

5. Delivery Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.

Please check your contact details, physical address and postal code before submitting your order.

Additional courier charges arising from incorrect delivery information or unsuccessful delivery attempts may be payable by the customer where reasonable and lawfully applicable.

6. Courier Delays

While we make every effort to arrange timely delivery, transit times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, courier disruptions and delivery-area restrictions.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable South African consumer protection legislation.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where available so that we can assist you.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
